BIG BABY BELLY

We had a lot of fun messing around with my big belly pictures this weekend with the kids. It was not my most dignified photoshoot but I know we won't regret getting them done and looking back.

FREEZER DINNERS & LIFE IN 3D!

Pregnancy has made me a little obsessive. I knew a few months ago that I was going to need to make some go to meals for Jimmy... Dinner for Dummies, I mean Daddies :) for when the baby comes and while I recover. I started out with one idea and I got a little carried away in the fun of it!
8 hours and $100 later...

Breakfast Burritos...
Jimmy never eats breakfast and while I was researching the dinners these came up and it was a no brainer. They are totally Jimmy style with eggs, jalapenos, onions, sausage, chili peppers, bacon and cheese... microwave 1 minute.

Beef Stroganoff...
I made this for dinner and just made a bunch more so that we have another dinner plus left overs probably.

Chicken Enchilladas...
My mom's chicken enchilladas are awesome, they are so easy to make and freeze perfect.  2 trays 24 enchilladas total.

Pulled Beef Burritos...

& Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli.

I don't think that any of our pots or pans etc got away with not being used today. Clean up took an hour :)

I was so ready for bed and my poor feet were just bulging and achy! Totally worth it to have the back up meals for Jimmy to take over in case I just don't feel like it :) and I'm sure I won't so we are set.
Less than six weeks left!

I had to go to Walmart for ingredients and it was pouring rain outside. When I walked in I slipped and fell, landing just on my right knee. This lady told me that I shouldn't have worn flip flops in the rain. They just happen to be the only shoe that fits my fat feet right now :)

My hands are a little swollen too. Love it, I haven't been able to feel my tingly fingertips for four months due to my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel.

I was so into cooking this weekend I got curious what Jimmy was up to. I looked out in the living room and this is what I saw...

Jimmy works so hard and is such a great manager at the bank. He got his annual bonus and used a portion to buy his tv he's been talking about for the last 2+ years. We decided that he better get it now before the baby comes and we continue to talk each other out of it :) He deserves it and he got it at about $2000 off! We didn't care at all about 3D but this tv came with a 3D package that included a new 3D blu-ray player and two pairs of glasses.

I was so dead tired and went to bed but Jimmy's buddy that is in our ward across the street and that sold him the tv from BestBuy came over. His name is Colton and his wife and darling kids are out of town for the weekend so they stayed up and watched a movie. After every action scene they had some kind of comment about the tv "DID YOU SEE the sweat on that guys FACE!? You could see the sweat on that guys face!"

HERE WE ARE AT 33 WEEKS
7 WEEKS LEFT

Me and our baby girl at 33 weeks. She is running out of space I know cause a couple weeks ago she was doing flips in there going crazy and now I can tell she's a little more cramped.

I am feeling the space issue too. I have had heart burn no matter what I eat or drink or even if I just don't. Chocolate milk helps the most, thank goodness, a great reason to chug chocolate milk! Sleeping has been on and off. She wakes me up kicking and then with the heart burn I get up about every 2 hours. She's preparing me I guess :)

We had so much fun today going to visit Auntie Amber at the hospital and our new niece (cousin) Lily! I'm so excited for her. We can't wait to have our baby here too! Amber and I have had the same midwife so I'm so glad that she had such a great experience! We went and got pedicures together this last week for Amber's birthday and as we were picking out our polish Amber said, "Hum, what would look good in stirrups!" SO funny I love her and am so excited for her and Lily!

Nothing has sounded good for dinner so it has been torturous to try to make Jimmy dinner when everything sounds horrible. The poor guy though just wants food! We went out to lunch the other day and he was begging me to go get BBQ chicken pizza but it sounded terrible. He was so surprised and excited that I made him his very own grilled BBQ chicken pizza! It's amazing and I was surprised that it was so good too!
